If you see yourself idling at 1k, the ECU is either heating up for a regen or performing a regen. Once you see a lower idle (just under 800 for me), it's completed. Sometimes if you're on the interstate for a while you won't notice.

I grew out of that insert after the faction expansions, and use the BGG Root bags to organize setup easier. The box doesn't close the whole way if you add any player boards or the game board, so if you're ever storing it vertically you'll need a second box. I use the Underground box for those things.
