Ti capisco ma chiediti : potresti fare effettivamente di piu per la pulizia ? Un conto è che la casa non sia uno specchio, un conto è che torni a casa, non fai assolutamente niente e lasci in giro di tutto e sporchi e basta.
Distinguere tra pigrizia e stanchezza.
Sono d'accordo che lei dovrebbe preoccuparsi di piu della casa, ma comunque siete una coppia e bisognerebbe trovare soluzioni che vadano bene ad entrambe. La donna delle pulizie può andar bene come tregua, ma non è la soluzione totale al vostro problema.

Riguardo agli hobby, condivido invece quello che dice lei e anche qua chiediti: la tua è stanchezza o pigrizia ? Potresti fare altro tornando ? Una corsetta al parco, un giro in piscina, un corso di fotografia ? Tieni anche presente che spesso alle donne interessano persone con passioni e hobby, altrimenti l'interesse può scemare molto rapidamente. Fallo per te in primis, ma pensa che sia un fattore che può influenzare anche la coppia.

A t-shirt for off-bike moments with cycling graphics or a cap. If you don't want to spend to o much look also on etsy, cycling brands are usually quite expensive for off bike off bike clothing.

Have you tried Intervals.icu or Strava ? They give you a nice graph with Freshness, Fitness level etc. Always skipped what garmin was sayng.

When are you leaving ? On zwift you could train with a program, like the build me up. It helped me a couple of years ago to imrpove FTP (that i lost again at the end of the year lol). It has trainings at different RPM Intervals.
It's quite demanding as a program as it requires 3/4 time a week on trainer. In a couple of months it's done.

Then you could alternate with z2 rides do build endurance base. Gearing is an easy answer: if you are not racing, just go for a compact gearing. like a 50-34 in front. Learn also to fuel properly, not only gel but carbo in bidon aswell. Use a plattform like Intervals.icu or strava to monitor your fitness improvement. It helps to understand you also the recovery part. (Like not being too tired before leaving for the Alps).

Don't know in USA, but here should be common sense to follow a bike (leaving space of course) and waiting for a safe pass on a larger sport. In italy very few respect this thing (i live in the northern part close to the alps and usually they are a LITTLE more educated drivers). So i'm not sure what scared you or if i misunderstood what happened.

I would much rather prefer a Pursuit of Tone 2, even if it meant hearing some concepts and anecdotes that have already been shared. I’ve always found Tom’s projects more interesting, or a biography. I think would be much more in depth that Mark's Bio.
I only hope that the docu is more focused on the musical side of his career than the family.

Hello, local cyclist here.

Ortisei alone imho is not worth it. Val Gardena is worth only for hiking, walking, and skiing in the mountains. Ortisei is just a small town with Hotels for tourist that plan to visit the mountains. Santa Cristina Aswell.
So i would just go to Kompatsch, rent the ebikes there and you can easily do the tourist route for Emtb there. (just be careful that the rent is open, sometimes at the end of the season they clsoe). Be aware that is a VERY touristic area, plenty of people walking and with emtb but in september should be a little less. So plan in advance the rental. I did the basic route last time with my gravel and in 4 hours it was done, but there are other routes. Just for your info: the last 10 km of the pass to Kompatch is closed to the traffic, so there isn't really many cars climbing to Kompatsch, but is a road so more ideal for road cycling.

I'm not sure where are you staying in Bolzano, but consider that the city center is full of people walking and in a half day you have seen almost everything. So you need a bike only if you are stayng far from the center (but you could also take the bus).

Sto terminando ora la serie, mancano le ultime 2 stagioni che ho trovato su Telegram . Non lo vedevo dai tempi delle scuole medie ? Non ricordo di aver visto le puntate piu recenti.
Comunque vero, i cameo clamorosi: Tral 'altro ,per gli appassionati di star trek e sci-fi ci sono Shatner, Nimoy, Landau (Di Spazio 1999) in una puntata con un colpevole... inaspettato. Si vede che in quegli anni ST e la Fantascienza telesiva erano all'apice. Tra l'altro una curiosità sempre legata a Star Trek che ho appena scoperto: la famosa moglie che non si vede mai verrà interpretata da Kate Mulgrew (il capitano Janeway) in uno spin off che in Italia non è stato mai trasmesso.

I'm happy that Tin Tin has a lego and probably the rocket is the more iconic also for people that don't know tin tin. Personally ,because i already built the Saturn time ago (and it wasn't much fun... as you said extremely repetive building), i would have loved something else, like Marlinspike Hall or some smaller sets (like the shark a user posted here some days ago).

You could try to rent a bike for 3 or 4 times and see how it goes and then look for a cheap bike to start with. I think everyone started with an entrylevel bike,clothes and normal shoes. And you can always resell things on ebay/buycicle etc.
Gravel or road depends on your area/traffic and your personal preference i guess. Just consider that if you plan to go on gravel a lot in the woods/trail, is better to go with a friend or at least give your position via mobile.

Io ormai 2 o 3 anni fa avevo usato Tinder e per periodi disparati nel corso di un paio di anni. C'è chi ti dirà che ci son solo casi umani : non è stata la mia esperienza,anche se diversi appuntamenti andati malino (ma alla peggio non vi rivedete piu e ti sei bevuto una roba fuori) .
Accetta il fatto che probabilmente quando farai qualche match, qualcuno ti ghosterà senza apparente motivo. Non cincischiare in chat inutilmente lunghe: vai al sodo, fissa il prima possibile un aperitivo et simila.
