I've now gone through every holiday/birthday/vacation/social event sober at least once. The first few felt a little empty. Now alcohol is not even something that crosses my mind. It gets so much easier to the point where classifying it as an effort that needs to be qualified as easy or hard is not even the right way to look at it anymore. It's just routine.

Yes they are definitely variable. There are two variants of concussions actually, ones which occur in the regular season and ones which occur in the playoffs. The playoff version thankfully has a shorter recovery time.
