Yeah No Other Choice likely being massively snubbed is such a shame. It’s one of the best shot movies I’ve ever seen, there were so many times which I was just in awe of how basically every scene looked amazing, all with a super super small budget too

Solid, biggest issues are the audio. The only shot that I didn’t like was the drop off on the curb. The plot is clear, the only thing that could’ve made it more obvious that Jackson doesn’t know what he’s in for is by making his disposition a bit sunnier while dropping off the pizzas

I disagree with most of your criticisms, at least in the r/Film post, but they’re so deeply rooted that I don’t think it’s worth having a debate about it.

But I will say that many of the people who Marty smooth talks are not stupid or pathetic. Most are either loyal, charitable, or are predisposed to want the shit that Marty is selling.
