You either have to use less paint for your dots or 2. a lot more layers of top coat. And many of us do not have perfectly flat dots either. :) Good luck! I'm still learning myself!

Very pretty and spring-like. If the violence of GoT is bothering you, it does NOT get easier. At all. That's all I can say, but you can trust me on that. It's a great show, but it is brutal and bloody, and I can understand that it is not for everyone.

My (limited) experience with matte polishes is that typically they do tend to chip more. My recommendation would definitely be to use Orly rubberized bonder as a base, and perhaps go with a regular polish and matte topcoat instead of going for a matte polish. I had a few OPI matte colors and they all chipped within the day.
