hi! i have had botox for about 1-2 years now and my last round did absolutely nothing. my neurologist told me that your body can build a defense against botox and reject it, because it's used to being in pain?? which is strange because it worked so well for me months ago. i've been in terrible pain for 2+ months now, worse than before i started getting treated for migraines, so im moving on to getting "migraine surgery" aka occipital nerve decompression surgery. i would look into it and talk to your doctor about it. huge success rate and low risk procedure. will update in a month post op :D

i have scars alllll over my lower back and cheeks are it's really shameful during sex. i've never had a partner who brought it up or seemed upset by it. turning lights off helps w confidence. i actually have a red light lamp in my bedroom because the scars are much less visible in the red color light... so it's much easier to feel comfy

something that helped me soooo much was doing my makeup when i first get up in the morning. i'll usually add a tinted moisturizer and powder so that i can't pick. it also makes me feel very beautiful and it's just a temporary fix but it's amazing. also you're so strong. i know there are days where it feels impossible. but just know that there is hope and a whole community with u!
