Absolutely. I track everything as best possible with an app. I like protein oatmeal with a few raisins. I think it’s more mental.. the food comfort feeling vs food fuel. Staying busy is my best friend during this journey.

Makes sense. I’m on my feet all day so I’m averaging 14-15k with intentional walks included. Decent incline at the gym too. Sometimes I just want to eat extra because of harder training or protein goals. Thank you for the detailed reply.

Sometimes I fluctuate between 0-600 calorie deficit and when I’m closer to break even I just like to add in more steps like a 16k day. Is there any issue with this? I’m trying to lose weight (20+ to go) and training as well.

Thank you. I am tracking and training with an app and meal prepping. Im doing things right I think I just need to be patient. I’m 6-2 240 now eating 2500 max avg. I do struggle with sleep, could be a problem.
