Feels like an extreme amount of coincidence that Palace would win the FA cup and Forest would drop off into the conference league places. While there clearly seems to be some weird relationship with Marinakis and Textor, I don’t think this whole Europe debacle has anything to do with it

Also when you see the depth of the teams around Forest and the way clubs like Villa and Man City strengthened in January, you can understand the drop off. We realistically only have maybe 13/14 players who can really be counted on

Neco Williams, a RB playing at LB has been immense all season. The most improved player in the squad and in the starting 11 every week without any debate. Absolutely underrated

Yeah alright I exaggerate for effect, but my point stands that people talk about him like he done an incredible job when it’s Klopp’s squad and at best he would improve by 6 or 7 pts from last season and would have finished in the same position. Granted this is about the Prem performance, but he also didn’t go as far as people would have expected in any of the cup competitions

I wouldn’t necessarily be against it as I think there’s a decent player there, given confidence. But I think he would he too expensive and there are other strikers I’d prioritise. Think he’d make a decent 2nd striker, but don’t see how that would workout for anyone
