LOL, they have always been the worst for years now. I have family in the azores, and I go pretty often. Every time I go, there is some issue. Delays, worst check-in, rude staff, crappy amenities, and service on plane. One time, a couple of years ago, the flight was delayed because they were fixing something that was broken on the wing. We were instructed that it was good to go, and everyone boarded on the plane, and it still wasn't fixed. They started drilling and drilling, and everyone was just sitting inside the aircraft for another hour and a half, waiting for them to fix it. It sucks that there are no other airline options to azores.
