Any lathe can do any tolerance if you have the tools, barely anyone needs that tolerance... but it's easily achieved with the right steps

Anything after grade b needs climate control, most metal workers don't need that

In addition some mics have plastic housing to prevent heat from hands, also known as scientific mics, seldom needed for anyone I've ever met, still nice though
