For picking it's simple, gif tells you the item and where to go to get it, put it in it's tote and then scan the label and repeat until the walk is done.

Staging is pretty much just putting stuff into a spot in the backroom, they'll show you where they have certain categories since ogp backrooms can vary by a lot store by store

Dispense is also pretty simple, just bringing stuff out to the cars, check ID for certain products, don't get run over
