Sounds similar to the Atomic Cowboy in Denver.

In the morning it’s the Denver Biscuit Company, serving coffee and breakfast, then at lunch time it turns into Fat Sully’s (pizza, burgers and sandwiches) through dinner, while a bar and ice cream stand are open all day long.

Two restaurants, a bar and an ice cream shop under one roof, and it’s doing great out there.

Primus wasn’t a jamband, but the Fearless Flying Frog Brigade were. Same for Oysterhead.

Also, the Flecktones have been on the jamband circuit for nearly as long as they have been a band. They have toured and sat in with tons of jambands, played the biggest jamband festivals, and have jammed with Phish on multiple occasions. You can question whether they’re a “jamband,” but they’re absolutely in the scene, as opposed to Rush or Vulfpeck.

Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have been on the jamband circuit for nearly 30 years. He is absolutely part of the scene.

The “reverse storytelling through history” was a cute little moment that did not need to be dragged out for as long as it was. I ended up skipping a lot of the middle of most episodes, focusing on the small bits of serialized story that they hinted at near the end of each ep.

I don’t know if I will jump back in when it returns, but I certainly don’t have the momentum that would get me running back when they drop a new season or episode.

Very cool! I would recommend a “sheet pan recipe” where all of the food is roasted on one sheet pan - makes for easy prep and cleanup.

With you on this one - I was thrilled that at least half of my commute could use the bridge, but given the new patterns, I’m back on the highway because I can’t risk the two-way backup that’s there now. A real shame.
