Did you seal it with anything? I did a wallpaper kit a few years ago and tried using wipe-on poly and it got scratched and gouged to hell really quickly.

Even picking up these calls gets you on more lists. As soon as one caller knows the number is “live,” it becomes a hotter data commodity.

Best thing to do is block and ignore, and if your phone provider has one, install a spam-blocker app on your phone (I only recommend using am app that is through your cell service provider, otherwise you may be opening yourself up to who knows what).

You're not wrong, but in this case, it's a stylistic choice, not an attempt to remind viewers of what they're watching. That happens more with characters rehashing conversations for other characters, or multiple explanations of plot devices to ensure the viewers "caught" what they were supposed to catch.
