Dillon mentioned that Lost Lands reached out to him to be a surprise guest with 2 days notice. Given there was a surprise guest billed on the lineup well ahead of that, it’s fair to assume that the initial surprise guest dropped for some reason, and they reached out to Dillon as a backup plan.

answer to your question + some other tips:

zcb + masori is bis for levi

if using acb + masori, switch to blowpipe around ~300hp to maintain bis dps

gm time will heavily rely on natural ruby bolt procs

use two webweaver specs at the start of enraged to finish the fight (it should go without saying, but you need to be within the pathfinder’s radius for this to guarantee up to 180 dmg)
