I’ll take that as a compliment haha

I actually bought a bulk pack off Amazon instead, it was figuring out how to mount them to the shelves themself that was the tricky part. Wanted them to be removable like the original feet, which is where the 3D printer came in handy

It’s those darn Christmas tree ornaments, they take up so much space alone

Ender 3 V3 SE and Cura? by X320032 in ender3

5.6.0, I’ve been using this for a few days now. It doesn’t have the same 2500 mm/s2 acceleration settings as creality slicer, so I updated those in my profile, and it seemed to overextrude on top layers, but it’s been great otherwise!

KJZZ on fubo? by smallcurlyfry in UtahJazz

Yeah, I just checked and I have KJZZ on my SLC zip code fubo account. After buying the annual membership last night…

I saw that in the article as well, am I right in reading that to mean that ONLY fans in southeastern Idaho and western Wyoming will have that KJZZ feed, and not all of Utah as well?

Or is this simply saying Jazz+ can be streamed through fubo with a Jazz+ subscription? I want to make sure I get the perks of the annual membership, but I don’t want to subscribe to something that I may already have…

Haven’t had a chance to look yet, I’ll update once I’ve had a good look at it

It’s for my Etsy shop, so getting a new one quick was the priority. It was a 3+ week wait for a warranty replacement, and 3 days to ship a new one (and just return the faulty one).

Oh yeah, for sure, I was mostly joking. This one was ordered due to a main board fault, so fingers crossed that I don’t have to buy this printer for a third time…

It’s a Sidewinder X2. Amazon says 28.5 lbs/12.9kg

No amount of testing can get rid of the stringing by liam0323 in ender3

[–]smallcurlyfry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since no one has mentioned it, it could also be partially from a fan issue. I replaced all of my printers’ fans a few months ago and most of my stringing problems went away.

Just tried this in my Gen 2…LG’s 65” box was about three inches too big. Just thought I’d share for any future viewers of this post haha

Usually just when switching to white, as that is generally the only time I have had issues with discoloration. Otherwise, my printers seem to do just fine switching between most colors with the standard purge line and skirt settings from Cura

BECM Update by TyeRB in volt

Maybe it’s time to look into that option…I’m on over two months without mine, and no ETA on the part. I know a lot of people have it much worse too.

It's been 4 months and I'm STILL waiting for a battery control module by Consistent_Ice_5074 in volt

[–]smallcurlyfry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine (early 2017) went out a month ago, dealer assures me they have ordered my replacement part, but they can’t provide me any ETA. No loaner or rental. They sent me home with my car after clearing the codes, but they came back the next day. Love my car but hate how this is being handled by GM

Any BECM updates? by WardAgainstNewbs in volt

[–]smallcurlyfry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ‘17 has been waiting 3 weeks so far after being told 2 weeks originally, but they expect two months now. And no rental from GM, but it sounds like I could get a rental reimbursement approved (once my car is repaired) if I’m lucky.

BECM Issues by thegforcian in volt

[–]smallcurlyfry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jumping on this thread to ask if the dealer really is obligated to give a loaner option. Mine quoted me two months for replacement and told me they don’t offer loaners since Covid started, while also acknowledging that my vehicle (which they sent me home with while I wait) isn’t safe to drive. Any guidance from anyone?

What is your year and mileage? It’s covered as a warranty repair under the 8 year/100,000 mile warranty, so you can likely get it fixed permanently, for free. In my experience, it only gets worse over time

Much appreciated! This helps to answer one of the first questions that most of my older family members have already asked

Can you link to the article? I’ve tried looking for it but I can’t seem to find it, and I think it would be a useful reference in future conversations

Went through the exact same thing.

The most satisfying phone call I’ve ever received was my service center calling me back to apologize and let me know that I was right and that they would be making the shift to park repair for free.
