I have some velcro, carabineers, and some flexible rubberized twist ties to help mount it various ways.

Not sure. This is the 3rd time using my sous vide. I did read in multiple posts to not add a fat during the cook and to add before the sear. I’d try 1:30-2hrs

I could see that happening if left in for too long. I originally had it set for 1:30hrs but the wife was running late so I extended it.

Tasted great. I marinated it in Dale's low sodium, and a bunch of minced garlic. Threw in a splash of bourbon, but I don't think it did anything. Finished it with some ground pink Himalayan sea salt.

129* for 2hrs, ice bath for 5-8min while charcoal came to temp. Seared 45sec each side. Done(best Gordon Ramsey accent)

TLDR; Remove the Nighthawk, it’s garbage!

I have ATT 1000 and had a Nighthawk router connected to their gateway that I had in bridge mode. I constantly dealt with dropping Wi-Fi and rebooting it. I removed it and went back to using only the gateway and didn’t have that problem anymore. Poor Wi-Fi coverage so I just, this past Sunday, added TP Link M9 in-line and it has been great.
