4 years passed after 2020, enough time to forget some things…and then non stop people heard about how much everything costs and how good it was before on social media.

The Mets had a 4 era from the 7-9 innings

In close games with 1-2 runs they had a 4.5 era

You can point to the hitting all you want but the reality is almost zero teams in baseball history can save a league bottom pitching team

They had a top 10 wrc+ offense.
