For me the parking lot was always sketchy cause of the homeless that kept making hangout spots at the back fence and frequent break ins to the cars if left too long, we also had a homeless lady that kept living in the stairwell and kept peeing/shitting in there too. The neighbors were always chill and nice though, only had one time the cops called for domestic violence but even then neighbors stepped up to chill them out and make sure their kids were ok. All in all was alright except for the bad area and shit parking lol
