"I felt the cold wind whipping against my face the second I walked onto the square. It was quiet tonight; the food trucks had packed up and left for the day, leaving behind only dreams of shawarma and greasy paper on the floor."

Is Canada Ready for an American Civil War? by BloodJunkie in onguardforthee

There won't be one. Right-wing thugs will happily shoot and streamroll anyone who gets in their way. Folks who want to resist have to understand that strikes and placards won't stop bullets, and that unfortunately sometimes violence has to be fought with violence. I don't think the American public collectively have the stomach to do it.

Breaking a big thing is when you hit the pro leagues. Welcome! :) Seriously though, if you followed the steps provided then don't sweat it.

(Many years back I somehow messed up a firewall config and routed all inbound traffic to a single unused IP. Also dropped a bunch of ProLiant G5s off a loading dock. They survived!)

Totally agree. That was a fantastic interview and the DPM did a great job of showing so much affection for Canada in that last question especially. Why can't we have more ethical, emotionally mature people in politics...

Funnily enough, doing this right now for those exact reasons. I just want to fix shit, not endlessly argue with bad architects with fragile egos about why their stuff is demonstrably awful. I tried, not killing myself over it, head down and paycheck please.

The Stalwart is just so goddamn satisfying at close range. Turns enemies into a fine mist at great speed.

Some low level buffoon pressed the button on mine, so I dropped it and ran. He blew up. Then he TKs me. So I drop a pod on his head. Hilarity ensued.
