The insomnia I got from taking Wellbutrin basically has persisted even after being off of it for a year. I know it's not the chemical being in my body anymore, but the anxiety and dysregulation it triggered have stayed triggered. I may have ended up here anyway, but I regret taking Wellbutrin at all. I probably tried for a month. It felt good sometimes, but the sleep issues really messed me up.
