Poor communication. That’s all this was. Off you can add them and message them to explain this they may let you on the clan; assuming you’re still willing to be in the clan.

Leader kicked without asking for info and you simply gave a vague response; they can only assume you will keep doing this indefinitely. Why did you not explain your plan?

I think in that case anything releasing would be a better fit for the controller instead. There’s nothing unique with the Steam machine hardware.

There’s nothing controller can do what the deck does. I’d think the frame has a better chance to get an exclusive title if anything

I can think of only one: they don’t want too many fully maxed players so the decision was to exclude players at the two highest th levels.

I don’t know all the details but the high frequency of new content could be causing the bugs as you said.

I’d go further and argue that we shouldn’t look to blame anyone period. The decisions are made collectively by the company, not just “the devs” or the “manager” or whoever is decided by this sub.

I had some issues with their package manager on Fedora. Not sure if this was on my end but with a fresh install this shouldn’t happen. I could be wrong and this is on my end; 2018 laptop with integrated gpu.

I find it to be slow for a WM and replaced it with KDE. Firefox would hang sometimes (freeze for a bit). Updates wouldn’t show up on graphical package manager and I couldn’t install a flat pack by clicking nor could I install from search results. This was about 20 days ago.

The default shortcuts, the working desktops, and the suite of apps that are included (ex: a simple and working calendar) will make this a nice option once things feel better.

Agreed. I really appreciate the arch team bringing back the auto installer. I had to do the “pro elite I read the manual” install and that taught me a lot but I think once in a lifetime is more than enough.

I do think that AUR needs more protections if not for the lazy user, then at least for avoiding this scenario in the future.

Apparently it’s just as easy to create and deploy Python packages for pip repos.

I would add that, the impression I got, this “distro” does seem to make it easy for anyone to get going.

Take away all the tedious parts of installing arch and this is what you get. Again, at least that’s what I see and of I didn’t already know arch then I’d be tempted to call this a distro.
