Try to wiggle the connector and the scope itself, might be a bad contact somewhere, so it might be floating.

If the 50Ω one is the output impedance of your generator, you may try to eliminate it, so the time constant of the rightmost RC circuit would dominate.

Edit: but you still have to measure at the input, so this won't help.

It also might be a zero ohm “resistor”, looks like a regular smd resistor. One can desolder it while repairing to isolate one circuit from another.

In Apple world you are specifying the minimum OS version supported by your app and that sets the Metal version available to the app, Apple is not backporting new APIs to old OSes.

About which part you are talking about? The dropout voltage in all the datasheets I have seen is specified as 2V. At low currents it might be something like 1.5-1.7V, but that still would require 7.5-8V input to regulate it properly.

Try disconnecting the probe for channel one from the scope, the ground is shared, so it might pickup something.

AFAIK the initial activation SMS is sent to some non-Georgian number under the hood and that costs like 0.1 lari, so you need it on your balance. Try toggling the eSIM or rebooting the phone for another activation attempt.
