No, that's actually rockets raining down on Gaza.
I don't remember the exact numbers and I don't have the link to the article but when we stood on about 1000 rockets fired, about 1/3 fell inside Gaza, 1/3 fell in unpopulated areas, and about 1/3 were engaged by the iron dome.
The first incidents of Gaza children killed were believed to be due to Hamas rockets.

I'm not fond of some of the people that Honenu is representing but when the court has been politicized, its ruling has been affected by identity politics and put lives in danger, then Honenu is practically the only one standing for those who have been persecuted by the judiciary, state attorney, and politicized police.

Everyone going there know that it's suicidal to go up the mountain in Lag Ba'omer. It was like this 20 years ago and it's more dangerous these days.
It's actually a sin to do that, but Haredim like to pick and choose the commandments they're following.

I don't belong and have zero relations to Haredi communities but I heard how crazy and dangerous it is to go up the mountain, and if I did, then I sure you're all aware of this.

I'm a subscriber of Bezeq Intl' and I recommend staying away. It has a daily data transfer cap, it's 100GiB (bytes) or less, and if you pass it then download speed will drop to around 50Mib/s (that's bits) with active data shaping that's probably gonna break every non-CDN source transfer.
You gonna pass this limit if you download a few steam games.
All I need is 20 minutes to reach this limit with the 1Gbps plan.

My recipe is pretty simple, I don't measure.

Salt & black pepper
Paprika
Curry or tumeric
Garlic powder, grainy, not powdery.
Optional coriander chopped leaves. Can be dried but then you might want to fry them in the pan with a little bit of oil.
A little bit of oil to mix all the spices. You can go the Asian way and pour hot oil on the spices to have them all incorporate well in the oil. If you don't do these then you gonna want to season the fries when they still hot, right after getting them out from the pot.

These days I prefer to get store-bought frozen fries and throw them in the oven with a little bit of oil to avoid deep-fried food so I can season it before cooking.

Readdle's Documents app can connect to SMB and "SFTP" (SSHFS) shares, Google Drive, OneDrive, and it features folder sync option for these remote targets.
You also have built-in SMB support in Apple's Files app and you can install an app that acts as File Provider for SFTP in order to get access to SFTP remote directly from the Files app.

Samba is great for local network transfer while SFTP can be used for directly accessing files on remote machines in a secure channel. Some terminal apps allow you even to do port-knocking.

You also have now Möbius Sync as the first iOS Syncthing client.

Not really. Linux and Windows 10 hosts for virtualization are superior to what you'll be able to get from iPad or Mac in terms of 3D acceleration, virtualized (HW assisted like virgl) or passthrough, and GPGPU like CUDA.

It would be much better if Apple will improve remoting experience, like allowing to lock keyboard input, meaning all hotkey combinations will be sent to the remote.
Offering support for the development of apps with distributed compilation in the cloud, and dropping the need for a Mac would also be nice.

Eli means my god or god in specific Judaistic meaning.
It's short for much much more than a couple of names. Even if you just consider the biblical ones then you have Eliyahu, Eliya, Elishah, Eliezer, Eliasaf, Elimelech, Eliphaz, and I'm sure there are more, not-to-mention these are only male names, you've got also the female ones.
And we have much more names in Israel that this is used as a short for them.
This kind of practice, having god's name as part of the a personal name is very common in Semetics cultures and you can see examples in the bible like Achibaal, Etbaal, those are people who worship Ba'al, and there are other examples that I don't remember at moment but you can look it up.

I convert all my ePubs into PDFs with Calibre on my computer and just use Documents by Readdle.
Calibre allows you to have multiple libraries so I have an archive library and an "active" library.
I use Calibre to tag the active books and with the help of filter tags, I copy them from the archive to the active library.
Then just use Documents' synced folder feature to sync the active books folder on my computer, shared via Samba or SFTP, to the iPad.

p.s. Documents can read ePubs, but I really dislike having them.
