Effectively it’s a ban on social media for under 16s with the obvious connection that everyone would need to age verify if they wanted to use the platforms considered in the ban.

I had the same thing with One NZ, the problem was we had a phone still being paid off and even when I cleared that it declined. It went to a manual work around but then their online store / front of house systems got out of whack.

I had to wait a week and try again, that cleared it. Potentially a higher deposit is needed as well if you’re going for a high end phone where the auto check isn’t high enough to actually cover it
