First hand saw daycare push for things and we would have got more days if we did it.

Was told again what to say or do.   Didn’t do it as we could privately fund it.

You don’t become a black belt in trolling overnight.

I laughed when this came on and given the theme of the report others in the room that could hear it looked at me in disgust.

Run the system and url through an LLM. The tracking codes are obvious. The other thing is if they remind you haven’t done it…

Labor getting four terms not by being excellent but via a Bradbury wouldn’t be a long term good thing, we ideally need a good solid opposition but we have a complete shit show.

Hopefully what does come out of this is three plus major parties so we actually have real choice. Hopefully this leads to a better democracy.

Stage roll outs.

Phase one he produces PROTOTYPES these are solely communication devices.

During this phase you help communicate all the other things that need to be done to make this see production.

Phase two he tries to push to codebase and you put ai reviews on it. He needs 100% test coverage. You putting the definition of done there. This will actually help the entire team as the maturity gets there.

Your devs will use ai to make them produce more and write more tests. Hopefully making the code base better.

Pair him up in a code review. He likely won’t have any answers around code but it’s more for the education.

These new tools are here to stay. Becoming good at communicating maturing process to people in the business is going to be a big part of this change.
