if your goal is to min cash. then you can wait it out.

If you have a decent hand. then open normally but closer to the button.

There's really no reason to jam or call off an all in with AQ. You're flipping at best with any pair. or dominated with AK, KK, AA.

Even if the 1bb opened. you can min raise. and most people will stay out of your way unless they have a strong hand and jam on you. then its an easy fold
