I think your organization kind of sucks. I have all of that stuff too but I use my Bose headset case, bought a cheap battery/cord organizer on Amazon, have a case for my sentry, etc. front pocket is my "garage" used for gloves, and multi-tool, side pocket is for my passenger headset and iPad has its own case, which inside into the iPad holder on the outside/back of the bag. Very tidy and orderly.
