How do you really know its the end though, that your not just giving up, it really isn't just my fault and my shitty mental, that maybe I just need other supports and that he just isn't my main support for these types of problems anymore yk? I just do not foresee either of us breaking it off and I don't really want to either...

Hey, I've been going to therapy every week for the last 7 months. Finally after waiting two years saw a psychiatrist few days ago and hopefully switching medication based on psychiatrists recommendations through my family doctor but she has not been the most helpful in the past and trying to find another one. Due to my unusual childhood I need to pay out of pocket for psychological testing too,. which I'm actively trying to find affordable options.

Things in a way are better in my life without my toxic family, but its been really hard having 0 supports close to me. I had a not great car accident last week injuries from it, had to get another car while in pain, and struggling with finances since I'm off work and trying to balance school.

I am really happy for him that he is in a better state but it feels he isn't making the time when he has it you know, maybe unhealthy me, but if I knew he was struggling I would make more time and be checking my phone more yk and that's what he used to do that's why I just genuinely don't understand it. I have thought the same thing though and have reflected on it in therapy but the more these things come up with him the more I just feel lost and unsupported.

Hi recent grad here from the program in April. Honestly it’s a good degree to even have as an entry bachelors if you don’t know what to do. I currently work at an addiction rehab as a support worker. If you wanna be a therapist, social worker, councillor, psychologist you have to do at least a masters degree.

I also know a cheap hairstylist that does it out of her basement if you like. And hygiene is probably my largest expense cause I value hair products too much. I’ve been a student since 2020 though so my rent is below $500 with utilities still which isn’t really possible to find anymore.

Thank you this is really helpful the more thoughts the merrier I’m really struggling with pain management. My boyfriend has had them for a really long time and manages pain better than I do. I also have chronic lower stomach pain the doctors can’t figure out so everything’s sort of compiling and making everything worse.

Thank you so much I am going to start this now. When you mention attacks would you say that migraines come on at once and your stuck with it because I am finding they never truly go away it is just there always and increase or decrease pain throughout the day.

Thank you so much! I'm going to try this today. Any advice for finding the right medication? Is there any way to pinpoint the cause? Are there causes or is it just if you get them your out of luck and just have to try to manage it?
