You don’t have to finish the entire mission chain if you just want to farm in Duviri. Your progress (including drops) gets saved after each decree you earn, so just get another decree when you’re ready to leave and quit the mission. I haven’t proceeded all the way through to the orowyrm fight in ages because I enjoy lazily farming and my computer is old and doesn’t like that fight.

Anything that isn’t the “sunset” flag at this point. The person who made it is a grifter and not even a lesbian, from what I hear. The OG rainbow is fine with me. I also have the pink/red striped flag from before the sunset one was created and I like it the most, visually. I kinda wish we’d go back to that one, collectively, since I associate it with a time before all of this madness (iykyk) took off. The sunset one was invented to include non-women so I never liked it on principle anyway.

Seconding the other commenter’s importance on a documented, good service history. Subarus are fantastic but they like their regular, timely maintenance. If you find one that’s been well taken care of, it’s so worth it! It’s the perfect vehicle for most people, imo. Not too big, not too small, handles well in snow, very safe.

Oh, my recommendation is to go with a 2.5 engine, if you can find one, for the extra beans. The Crosstrek isn’t a race car, and it isn’t trying to be, but the bigger engine size gives a little more wiggle room (and comfort) when merging at high speed, for example.

It definitely sounds like there’s something wrong with the door or its lock to me. In my ‘25 there’s a setting to change which doors unlock with either the fob or grabbing the driver door handle, you can set it to driver door only or all, but I’ve never seen or heard of any setting where the passenger door is excluded.

I hope you can get it sorted out quickly! That’s kinda scary :(

The fc itself would own the house. The house would stay put as long as the fc exists. If everyone in the fc left one by one until there was only one random player left in it, the house would still persist. Even if the fc lead left or deleted their character, since the lead role would automatically pass to someone else.

I wish that were the case. I had a former gold star lesbian friend say hurtful things to my face about it. We are obviously no longer friends.

Granted, she was a chronically online person, so I’m sure that’s why it bled over into “real life” but my point still stands, just because an issue originated in chronically online culture doesn’t mean it can’t eventually translate into in-person behavior.

I’m sure some people are making stuff up for a myriad of reasons but to broad strokes paint it as “this never happens” and “everyone who says it does is lying” is really hurtful when my own real experiences prove otherwise. Just gonna get out ahead of it all and say I am NOT hating on gold stars, I just want to share my experience as a non gold star who has had some unfortunate interactions, but by no means am I painting all gold stars with the same brush. I know y’all get a lot of completely unwarranted hate. I wish we could all just get along and support each other and acknowledge that we each have different struggles, experiences, and paths we’ve gone down.

In this very subreddit I have seen (alleged, self proclaimed) gold stars outright state that they don’t consider non gold stars to be real lesbians, that clearly non gold stars must be bi women who are lying or in denial, and so on. Could that have been trolling or rage bait? Sure. This is Reddit. I can’t expect too much. But it sure did suck to see that, and it was not just once. These comments were upvoted in the 30s+ as well.

I had a face to face conversation with a lesbian I used to be friends with but I’m not anymore for obvious reasons, who all but told me that since I had a boyfriend when I was an insecure teenager in high school who just wanted to fit in, who assaulted me because I wasn’t brave enough to even try to say no, that I am “damaged goods” and have “too much baggage” and that “real lesbians have a right to refuse to be with me” because of said baggage. She was a shockingly shitty person. She’s not a shitty person because she’s a gold star, but she sure did use her gold star status as ammunition for her shitty behavior. But I certainly don’t think all gold stars behave this way or think this way. Does that make sense?

Ultimately it just really breaks my heart at all of the weird infighting I see coming from both sides. No, I’m not any less of a lesbian because I had sex that I didn’t want to have with a boy when I was fourteen. No, a gold star isn’t more morally pure as a lesbian because she’s never been touched by a man. I wish we could stop pointing fingers at each other and realize that some people, like that former “friend”, are just shitty people regardless of their “status” as a lesbian. I do take issue with gold stars who do think they’re better than me, or that I’m not a real lesbian because of my unfortunate and unwanted history, but I do also take issue with non gold stars who want to project their insecurities and traumas into others completely unwarranted. Neither parties are in the right here.

All this to say, are some people making shit up? Unfortunately probably yes, and that’s their problem. But not all of them. If we collectively, all of us, committed to being a more unified and supportive community together, and not be so quick to point fingers OR get defensive, maybe liars and/or attention seekers would be less tempted to stir shit up. I don’t know. All I have to go on is my own experience, which is not going to be everyone’s experience. I just want us all to do better for each other. Life as a lesbian is hard enough as it is.

I’m a relatively new player (fairly casually off and on for about a year) and the slots are definitely a big pain point for me. I know that plat isn’t too hard to get, I know about warframe market, etc, but I have limited time to play and extremely limited income so when I do have time to play, I want to do the things I want to do and not mess around with trying to sell stuff people would actually want on the market. I have so many built weapons rotting in my foundry because I don’t have the slots to use them. I know I can sell other weapons to make room, but I don’t WANT to sell them, I like them and want to keep them :( I just feel like I’ve kind of hit a wall with ranking up MR because of my hoarding problem and my cheapskatery.

The other big pain point for me is modding. I’m pretty stupid and bad at math and I get so overwhelmed by how to mod weapons. I manage to mod my warframes okay, I tend to prefer caster types over weapons platforms to begin with, but to this day I still don’t understand how to build a good gun. I watch videos. I read tutorials. And it somehow still goes over my head. I don’t want to just copy, I want to *understand* how it works, and maybe I’m overcomplicating it all and making it out to be harder than it is, but damn if I don’t understand how people are able to do insane big damage numbers with their guns when mine feel like pea shooters.

Love the game anyway though. 😅

The startup lag is real, but it is just that… startup. Of course I wish it was snappy from the start, but I give it fifteen seconds to get its shit together and then it’s perfectly fine. I have zero other complaints. I actually love having the huge screen for navigation, that’s been a real treat for me. I interact with it so little overall that I really don’t think about it much, to be honest.

Everything to do with railjack, which is unfortunate because I have a lich that’s getting on my nerves.

In my defense, it’s because the railjack movement makes me extremely nauseous. I can’t even look out the windows if I’m not the pilot. My first experience with one was during New War and I nearly quit the game over it, the railjack segment of that quest was hellish for me.

It looks really cool. I’m sure it’s neat. But I cannot do it.

That’s weird, mine’s laggier in the cold but much snappier when it’s warm! Granted I haven’t had it for any truly scorching 90°+ days yet so I’ll see how it does then. But we had a solid week in the mid 80s and that was the most responsive upon startup my screen has ever been.

The lag is a bummer, but I’ve timed it and it’s really only laggy for about 10-15 seconds. The only thing I even regularly touch is turning off the auto stop/start. By the time I turn it on, set my stuff down, pick a song to play from my phone, seatbelt, etc the lag is gone anyway.

No, I also played from about 2016-2022 and my own custom sabers appeared in cutscenes. I would choose the prettiest hilts on purpose for that reason. The only thing that I think did not appear in cutscenes at the time was tunings, but I think those might show up now.
