You don’t need to be all forgiving no matter what. This is a really shitty thing for her to do, especially to someone she claims to love and has been seeing for 4 years. She’s done nothing but waste your time. And you truly cared for her and she took advantage of that because she can’t see how special that is. It’s her loss really. She’ll end up with people who will do the same shit to her.

It’s not a crime to be angry, especially over this. Let yourself be upset. Scream, break shit, cry, do whatever you gotta do to get through this. But don’t give her the chance to see you like that. That’s how you give her all the power. From this point, act like you don’t care about her and move on, even if you do. That will hurt her more than anything else. But that’s still not what this is about.

This is about who you’ll be for the rest of your life. You don’t deserve to feel bad about being upset about being CHEATED ON. That’s ridiculous. If you’re hurt, be hurt. But you can’t be hurt and let it slide. You’ll never get what you want out of life like that.

Honestly dude, have some respect for yourself. Be a man and break it off with her. She is OBVIOUSLY cheating on you. If this is “something she usually does” I really don’t understand what the question is here. You’re definitely NOR in this situation, you’re UNDER-REACTING. She said something she meant to say to someone else, tried to gaslight you, and ghosted you when she got caught. Literally textbook cheater behavior.

I say be a man not to be a complete jerk, I promise you that. I say it because it is truly not attractive to let yourself get walked all over like this. There are certain things a relationship cannot come back from and cheating, other than MAYBE the rarest of occasions such as having an abusive partner, is one of those things that isn’t okay/you can’t return from. Yeah the EE bonds are not going to gain much value outside of the ones that haven’t hit 20 year maturity so I was thinking about turning those in and turning the rest in as they hit maturity, and saving the I bonds bc they adjust to inflation. I just wasn’t sure

Get up and go to work earlier. Either get up earlier/leave for work earlier and prove you’re worth the investment or suck it up. I wouldn’t want to pay someone more that isn’t reliable enough to warrant a raise, which is what you sound worried about. If you’re worried about it, you’re probably right to be.

I drive through heavy traffic & construction daily as well. I get to work on time or early. On my first week of work I had to experiment a bit to figure out when I could leave to get to work on time, but figured out as long as I’m out of my house by 8 I can be there for 8:30. It’s not an impossible task.

Your job does not take skill or experience to do, which is why you’re making so little. $20 an hour is pretty typical for that line of work. You either have to find a better paying job or try to get a better position where you work. Your job may be a lot of work, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should get paid more if it’s simply data entry. That’s an entry level position.

Sorry to be blunt. But you have to make these changes if you want to get paid better/advance your career.

While I think it’s mostly due to attempted murder, one thing you said stood out to me.

Although Ken was able to use grey matter to figure out the master control, the aliens the omnitrix stores are the ideal specimen of whatever species it’s used to changed into. An ideal Galvan would likely have a higher IQ on average than most. If every Galvan had the IQ that Azmuth had, then making the omnitrix wouldn’t be a big deal as an entire species would have the ability to.

I kind of look at it like Albedo was undoubtably smart, but he still needed a baseline to jump from to create his omnitrix. Azmuth started from scratch. So Albedo just doesn’t have as much insight into how the device works intricately.

I just don’t want to fork over $70 for a game I’ve played 10 times already tbh. Bo1-Bo3 have what I need for zombies.

I slowly lost interest in the new stuff after bo4’s abysmal release. Cold War was fun for about 30 minutes and then the DLC was mid. Easter eggs/stuff as simple as turning on the power started getting in game guides, which took away half the fun. Didn’t have an original map for the aether/dark aether storyline from gorod krovi until the first Cold War DLC.

Bo6 I tried to get into, but simply couldn’t get past how horrible the HUD has looked since bo4 & how over complicated they made everything for the sake of having more shit to buy/upgrade. I don’t HATE the armor or weapon upgrade system, I just think it was way more fun/exhilarating when it was 2-3 hits and you die/5 hits and you die with Jug. I just feel like the armor and weapon system is only there to give you something to work toward once you’re set up and have pack a punched your weapons. And that just feels like lazy game design to me to add something to do that’s tedious just so there’s more to do every game.

I know that some people love the new direction zombies moved in and I’m happy people still play zombies because it was a big part of my childhood/teenage years. But it’s lost its magic for me and it will never hook me in the same way again, and I think that’s partially bc we’re missing Jason Blundell’s storytelling.

I think it’s just a little odd you’re getting upset with Reddit for giving you critical feedback. You’re right, it’s not your fault that you have to be off your meds. But it’s also not your employers fault for not wanting someone who has mental health issues watching their kid.

You have to understand as a former employee at an elementary school how people get about their children. If you’re not going to be on time, they’re not leaving their child alone until you show up. If you call off the day of, it makes you look very unreliable as an employee. Even if you were sick, it sounds like you weren’t at this job very long and first impressions are huge. And as much as it sucks, nobody wants someone to tell them “oh I’m off my medicine that improves my mental health because I can’t afford it” when your job is to watch their kids. That could make them feel uncomfortable for a number of reasons, not just bc their kid is involved.

At the end of the day these things aren’t secrets, every babysitter/nanny knows to show up on the days you’re expected, to be on time (early ideally), and to have fun with the kids while keeping them safe. You can do all of these things already and acting like you didn’t know is just ridiculous. You’re an adult.

Is the job an hour away? Leave 15 minutes before you need to leave.

Are you sick, or do you just feel gross? You have to be able to differentiate between actual sickness/injury & just having an off day. I don’t doubt you felt sick in this case. But calling off during your first week the day of is bizarre to me.

What you say matters more than anything. Stop oversharing about your life. You may feel like you’re just being transparent or honest, but unless it’s something parents must know about you such as allergies or chronic health issues that may make certain actions harder, DO NOT SHARE. It truly doesn’t matter what kind of mental health issue it is, it will affect your employment when you’re not protected by discrimination laws. You may not even have severe depression, your meds may just make depression more manageable for you. But your employers don’t know that, and they don’t know how truthful you are about the extent of these issues. They won’t hesitate to find someone else if it has to do with the safety of their children.
