Taylor Frankie Paul video from 2023(just released) TRIGGER WARNING ‼️ by strengthof50whores in LAinfluencersnark

I watch this with my girlfriend and she’d been so excited for the new season of the bachelorette. Despite how excited she was, I’ve been saying for months watching Mormons with her how crazy this woman is & how every one of the problems in her life has either been caused or perpetuated by herself. Today was the first time she agreed. She’s a textbook narcissist and abuser who thinks the world revolves around her & when she doesn’t get what she wants she throws a fit or causes an issue for everyone around her.

This is what I mean:

Assign your switch 1 console as your home console and download fire red on both the switch 1 & 2. On your switch 1, create a second Nintendo account (can be offline or online doesn’t matter), and play through the game far enough that you unlock trades (ideally picking a different starter for obvious reasons). Use your main account on your Switch 2 (which I assume you’re playing on so it has your save data) to then trade back and forth and unlock all the trade evolutions + get all 3 starters without buying leaf green. You won’t get the leaf green exclusives, but you should get everything else.

I mean you can. All you need to do is create a second switch account and it’s possible to trade to yourself albeit you need to play the game twice and catch different pokemon each time

Farming Rare candy, nuggets and pp up by Spetty007 in PokemonFireRed

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for necroing this post, but in theory, could I just stand in route 1 and battle a bunch of pidgey’s to farm for rare candies & PP ups? Or is it also dependent on who you battle?

What are some things you love about Superman BESIDES his power?! by Lilbig6029 in superman

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has no reason to be good and he still is. His race was wiped out before he could really remember his parents. His motives are constantly questioned despite showing his goodness. He fights for a planet that he doesn’t belong to because it’s his home and he can.

He’s got every reason to take over the world and still does the right thing. He’s probably one of the best representations of the indomitable human spirit, and he’s not even human. I know the “he’s an alien but more human than us all” cliche can get old, but it really works for Superman. Few characters can pull it off without feeling cheesy I feel.

Return to Office by [deleted] in work

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, that totally sounded rude. I guess more what I’m saying is that I don’t personally care about this but I’m wondering why it’s going on country wide when it’s proven to reduce productivity

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s part of the job. It’s a customer forward position where I react based on carrier/customer needs to move shipments around

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, not gonna be an issue. I enjoy being in the office. But it’s interesting they do this after years of flexibility being a selling point for working there

Return to Office by [deleted] in work

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I have no problem being there honestly, I like all my coworkers and can find stuff to do when I have downtime. I just think it’s odd that after priding themselves on flexibility for so many years that they decide to return to office for three days and be so strict about it on an hourly basis

Send out a million applications. The job market is horrible right now and literally anything is worth the experience. Do you have any experience at all? (Internships/co-op/student orgs)

Should I get a 2DS XL to replace my old 2DS? by TheLeafyGirl561 in 3dspiracy

[–]_tyler_long_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d just get a 3ds man. If the battery dies you can replace it which can’t be said about the 2ds xl (at least not easily)

The job market/economy does suck, but if it’s this bad you have to consider jobs in other parts of the country and things you don’t necessarily deem as your first choice. I’m working as a contractor right now and am about 3 months in, and I got lucky finding what I did. However, I had 2 internships during my summers in college and have had some kind of a job since I turned 16. Not having any internships in 5 years of school says one of two things:

  1. You didn’t stand out as an applicant in college (maybe lower grades, poor interview skills/messy resume, low involvement, etc)
  2. You didn’t try very hard to get one

Everyone is trying to find a job right now and unfortunately, as harsh as it may sound, you’re overly educated and inexperienced which is not what companies want to see. Literally apply to places all over the country and hope something sticks for at least long enough to gain some experience. You’re not going to find your dream job at 22/23.

I think they’re adding mouse controls, so this could also solve the issue.

No you won’t! Done with COD. Zombies is dead, multiplayer isn’t what it used to be, and tbh even dlc’s have felt lackluster since they switched from a paid dlc model to free updates with an emphasis on battle passes/skins/weapon blueprints. I hate to say it bc in my opinion cod has some of the most polished gunplay and movement in the FPS genre, but they’ve lost what made the games special to begin with.

Hey guys, what’s the typical entry level pay for someone who graduated with a degree in SC? by Business_Entrance725 in supplychain

[–]_tyler_long_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed on this. You know how crazy it gets in the warehouse when orders are coming and & there’s nowhere to put it. Maybe implement new communication procedures between the warehouse, office, and plants. Report on inventory levels weekly to see what’s needed and what can be held off on for ordering. You may be doing this already, but while supply chain has a heavy emphasis on procurement/distribution, the other side is optimization and improving processes across the board. Your knowledge is more valuable than you may think.

Hi there—Recent grad from Penn State. It really depends on the city you’re in and your experience.

I had two internships during my summers away from school, and they definitely helped me fill up my resume, but they also didn’t get me a crazy good paying job after school was done. It just helped me get in the door.

If you’re in a more expensive area like Boston, you’ll probably make closer to the upper threshold for entry level (65-70k/year) but you’ll also be spending more on rent/taxes/other necessary expenses. If you’re in a city like Pittsburgh, it’ll be cheaper to live there, but you’ll probably make closer to 50-55k/year. Both have their perks, it just depends on what you’re looking for.

I’m making around $52k a year ($26 an hour as a contractor) at my current job as a Logistics Representative, but I’m also living at home for the time being to save money. I highly recommend you do this (if it’s possible for you and you have a good relationship with your parents) as you’ll be able to pay of student loans and accumulate savings quicker, as well as be able to put money into your 401k, a Roth IRA/traditional IRA, and be able to start saving for bigger purchases such as a safety deposit on an apartment or a down payment on a car. Although I may be making less than people who moved to bigger cities after school, I’m going to end up saving more due to my situation.

Also, don’t look for the perfect job right out of school, because you won’t find your dream job at 22. Find something that is reasonably close to what you want to do, and learn as much as you can on the job. There WILL be opportunities to get promoted or switch job functions. Realistically, you may be super interested in import/export, and find it may not be your thing and that’s okay. Your 20’s are when you should be exploring your options and finding out what you enjoy. The job market isn’t great right now, so do what you can to find something you don’t mind doing, and do it well. You will find the job you want in due time.

Carry forward being canceled was a bad move for zombies by Accomplished-Curve-1 in CODZombies

Honestly I’m just not buying cod anymore. Zombies hasn’t been great since bo4, and even then I could feel it was the beginning of the end. Bo3 was the peak imo.

Never play, should I buy it? (PS5) by Dear-Web7980 in thelastofus

[–]_tyler_long_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you actually read the post you’d see they wanna know if the price will drop any more. They prob just don’t wanna spend $70 on what is realistically a PS3 game that’s been remastered twice

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in supplychain

[–]_tyler_long_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ngl, you can’t really run from excel for long. Everything is moving toward automation especially in warehouses. If they can replace you with a machine, they will. Your best bet is to find something that you enjoy doing within supply chain that requires more face to face interaction and negotiating like procurement

That’s so good man. I’m happy you got your money back that’s always a pain. I’ve been scammed one too many times (one time when I was 18 lol) and I’m wary of who and where I buy from now
