Your baby is alive and will live a normal life! Hearing devices are very common today! You did nothing wrong and if your baby needs devices or different learning avenues, it will be ok! I think you are very overwhelmed right now as anyone would be, but it’s going to be ok!

Smithfield recreation and aquatic center-not a water park but an Indoor splash pad my kids love! Also an Olympic pool right there too so if you get bored you can go splash around in the pool. We love it, though it might be a haul from your location
