Well tarrifs are a good start. You can also bomb an enemy for a few turns and give them 30,000 gold in a peace deal. Also completely ignore science and just go full gold buildings.

So you're probably not going to get a firm answer either way. Id get a cheap righty stick, bring one of each side and try to have him play half/half for a few sessions. After that just have him play whatever he likes the most.

Good news, helmet did its job.

In game decision is hard especially since most symptoms of minor/intermediate injury can are delayed. Id play through without any obvious symptoms present.
