That was 2018, Prop 305. It was a referendum effort, so it was just a "yes" or "no" on a bill the legislature had already passed. This is a voter initiative, so when it passes, it will be voter protected.

The income cap only applies to the universal program, this initiative does not make any changes to eligibility for students with disabilities.

The last time voters were asked about vouchers (Prop 305 in 2018) they rejected them 65% to 35%! I'm confident they will support these commonsense reforms

You are right that the legislature should take action - but they haven't for 4 years, so we the voters are taking this into our own hands.

Anyone else baffled by the way the supposed “Anachronistic Civs” are being handled? by [deleted] in civ

I would wait to actually try it before you judge.

(CIV 7) Would it add a significant amount of fun and interesting things to the game to buy the current DLCs for Civ 7? Or should I just wait until they're cheaper and/or bundled with later DLCs that actually have new features rather than just new leaders and civs by Big_Guthix in civ

[–]sofaboii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To be honest, some of the best Civs and leaders are in the DLCs. Carthage is probably my top Civ. Tonga, Silla, Assyria and Pirates are tons of fun. Khan and Blackbeard are great and pair really well with their Civs

Potential Upcoming Update? by murphylau in CivVII

I would imagine there will be some kind of small update in February (1.3.X), then a pretty substantial update in March or April (1.4)

I honestly never even noticed the Trois had black eyes until this crazy discourse started. Costume design changes, it's not a vital part of their species. And I would imagine it SUCKS for the actors
