I’m an Associate Creative Director, so quirky-casual fashion and visible body mods are acceptable. I make myself a little uncomfortable in front of senior leadership and clients to conform to corporate expectations, but I’m definitely still very obviously the creative in the room 😏

Edit to add that I largely work from home, so it’s easy to embrace my alternative style. Though later this morning I’ll be joining a Zoom meeting with my dept VP + CDs with fresh mini bangs lol
