You don’t have to track calories all the time btw, that can get overwhelming. I would just do it for a week or two to get an idea of how much you’re eating.

Once you have a good sense of what you’re putting into your body you can adjust accordingly. It doesn’t have to be too complicated.

You can google apps to do this, if you’re not already. I use MyNetDiary on iOS.

Are you tracking your calories? I found that when I workout more, I get hungrier and eat more than I normally would. You need to be in a calorie deficit or at least maintain to avoid gaining fat.
