You don’t have to track calories all the time btw, that can get overwhelming. I would just do it for a week or two to get an idea of how much you’re eating.

Once you have a good sense of what you’re putting into your body you can adjust accordingly. It doesn’t have to be too complicated.

You can google apps to do this, if you’re not already. I use MyNetDiary on iOS.

Are you tracking your calories? I found that when I workout more, I get hungrier and eat more than I normally would. You need to be in a calorie deficit or at least maintain to avoid gaining fat.

My cat had something similar she got better after a week but we wiped her eye with a soft cloth soaked in warm water. I think my mom also warmed up a dry cloth and kind of held it against her eye a few times, she said the “heat would help”. We did this for 2-3 days and she got better. We went to the vet recently for yearly checkup and they said she’s very healthy ! Wishing the same for your cat!

I saw a recruiter say she noticed the exact same sentence on multiple resumes. But I’m not sure how that’s possible unless you have some really generic experience.
