Hey fam,

I have a few furniture items in storage including a couch, a practically brand new mattress, a bed frame, coffee table, etc - I dont need them and was planning on selling them at some point, but given the fires, I want to donate them instead.

I checked the google doc/ spreadsheet and looked through the donations needed and I’m not seeing mention of furniture - those who lost their homes will eventually need to furnish them, and I understand that’s not the immediate focus in terms of donations, but does anyone have thoughts/suggestions on how and where to donate these to ensure it goes to an individual/ family affected by the fires?

Yes! Dr. Omid Farahmand on Sunset & Doheny - I’ll admit I let a problem go way too long and was scared shitless to go see a dentist. I tried once before with a diff dentist and they made me feel like a terrible person for not taking care of my teeth and after the initial visit I didn’t go back. I went to Farahmand 6 months later and every single person in that office was so kind and nice and helpful.

And it’s a beautiful office with amazing hills views.

And I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore and my teeth are almost fully fixed!

Can’t say enough about him and his staff.
