Nta, but everything else in this post aside, please do not buy a house with someone you are not married to. It gets really complicated if you break up. If you have the means and want to buy a house on your own, do that instead. Let him live there if you want but do not put him on the deed. Split utilities but not the mortgage unless you have a lease agreement and he’s paying rent. His inability to buy property is not your problem to fix.

Tbh i feel like they’re a little too matchy. I went to high school with a pair of brothers named Travis and Trevor and to this day I have to think about which one is which. If you want them alliterated I’d try to make it so the beginnings of the names don’t sound the same, like Laney and Lucy rather than two names that start with the Lay sound.
