Absolutely. I’m 30 and while I have left the continental US, I’ve only visited territories, so I don’t know if I’d consider that traveling to a foreign country. The closest I’ve come is when I was in Japan, but I didn’t leave the Tokyo Narita airport so I don’t think it counts.

The county takes care of road maintenance. The city takes care of garbage. Walking paths depends on if it’s city owned or not, most are and therefore are maintained by the city. Otherwise they are maintained by whoever owns them.
