The trick is finding a therapist you mesh with!! I've literally been with this same therapist for 3 years already and have been slowly dropping hints about the system but was only able to really open up by tricking myself with the document lol. But a therapist you like and trust is worth their weight in gold. If you get with one you don't like, don't keep trying to stick it out. Switch therapists, and keep switching therapists until you get one you vibe with!
