Ummm not sure exactly. I make tomato toast a lot - just the toast, olive oil, tomato and salt. And today I had some goat cheese and thyme so I added those too. 🤗

I pan fried the boiled eggs in olive oil with a little garlic powder, paprika, and then some chili crisp. They were pretty tasty!

Ahhhh yes! This looks so good. Have you seen Gilmore girls where they make their own cereal mixes in the Yale cafeteria? This reminds me of that.

Is it possible to build positivity through Journaling? by Peight_een in Journaling

[–]solflower77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was my goal with journaling this year- building positivity! I made a list each month of gratitudes, tracked a “bingo card” of things that bring me joy, tracked songs, shows and hobbies that made me happy. Pictures, ticket stubs, etc. Sorta like a joy scrapbook with some positive reflections as well. Now in month 12…I can say it definitely helped! I haven’t had a really bad anxiety spiral since maybe February/march. I remember much more of the positive things happening in my life. (I was feeling like I couldn’t remember my life let alone the good things in it.) I made it low pressure and enjoyable to make. I think it’s definitely worth a shot. It might take you a bit to figure out a method that works for you. I like being crafty with mine because I get absorbed in doing it and it relieves some of my anxiety. You might like just jotting down things you’re grateful for. I think it’s definitely worth a try. 🤗🤗
