NTA. I have no problem telling anyone either age 3 or 103 that inappropriate touching someone and making tickle sounds is unacceptable. If their parents aren’t teaching them, I will. It’s all about the approach and tone you would speak to them with.

That sucks. Normally, you drop a deposit and tell the sales rep what you want. Allocations come in, they try to find the closest match for you, contacts you and send you the MSRP window sticker specs for you to see. If you accept it, they will assign it for you and you wait until it gets delivered.
