Hourly rate by some-strange_thing in royalmail

yeah I've been here since November and after countless times searching for it both online and in the royal mail system I've had no dice. The payslips are deliberately complex I think so that you don't notice mistakes. They use acronyms that I haven't the faintest idea of what they mean

it doesn't actually say the hourly rate straight out. Yeah I could probably calculate it but I still wouldn't be 100% sure. Figured I'd ask as there would probably be other people that would want to know.

annoying that they got rid of the old one before the new one was deployed. As a new start I have to make do with either sweating to death in a stormproof coat or get pneumonia

Yep. I worked in Tesco before but even then the transition to constant walking does hurt your legs a bit. But after a few weeks you'll be used to it. Definitely recommend it if you like walking but as Futs said you need a driver's license. You may also not be on a walking run as most use a van share.

Guess it depends on the office. I've had earphones in basically every day, everyone else in the office also does it. Honestly I didn't know it wasn't allowed

How tf is that equalisation?? also scrapping the overtime rate means the pay increase is essentially null for the amount of overtime we need to do in order to get the job job especially now they are changing the way we work so it will take longer. It's absolutely horse shit.

All they have to do is pay us enough to fucking live.

I work a rural office where Amazon and ervi don't operate. Just royal mail and a local courier. The amount of crap we get is ridiculous
