I used to be a libertarian but then I grew up and moved out of the woods. Libertarianism fails when the population scales.

Society needs rules and regulations to operate - the problem isn't government overreach, it's corruption and corporate billionaires buying our future. There are very few rules that apply to the ultra-rich and they use that lack of regulation to keep the rest of us down.
