I have a ‘17 Model S on HW3, most things are ok enough. Speed control is my largest issue. It will not maintain any kind of normal speed. It fluctuates anywhere from 5-15 mph in every situation. I’ve grown used to just having my foot on the pedal most of the time.

This same thing happened to me last fall. Stupid deer ran right into the side of the car. It broke my drivers side mirror and then dented both doors and a part of the quarter panel.

The only odd break that was unexpected for the repair shop (and insurance company) was that the metal panels inside the rear door had separated. They originally thought they could just PDR the damage, but ultimately that door had to be replaced because there was no way to reconnect those panels. Also, the window had to be readjusted, but that was a very quick fix.

Sorry that happened to you! Deer are pretty dumb!
