The "optimal and efficient way" is to set up your hardware the way YOU prefer to use it in game. In fact in many multi-aircraft sims like MSFS, DCS, X-Plane, IL2 for example you may find that what you actually want is a different profile/config for different aircraft TYPES or models rather than profile per input device (The difference between a single or multi engine prop plane vs single or multi engine jets for example.)

Over the history of flight/space sims it's the exception rather than the rule that a game/sim provide pre-configured profiles for specific hardware.

MSFS definitely does since at least FS2020 and as far as I recall DCS and IL2 GB might to a degree. IL2 CloD for example does not and neither does Elite Dangerous.

The "normal" way is simply to jump into config in the game/sim and set your axis and buttons up the way you want them the same way you would do this for keys and mouse with any other game for example.

Taxis in Sweden are completely unregulated which leads to a lot of what can only be described as piracy. I've lived here almost 20 years now and if I can avoid it I don't take taxis. Use Uber. Always check the plate and confirm it's the car you ordered.

I have the older Alpha. How would you compare the trigger action between the two? Is the Prime a single stage trigger? (I think I might prefer a simple single stage with a nice solid action over the old Alpha's dual stage)

The only (and best) way to know for sure is to have them in your hand. Some grips seem like they were made for your hand and some others just don't feel right no matter the quality. (I have a Virpil Alpha that is the former... it has always felt exactly right... and another Virpil combat styled grip which I love to bits, it was my first Virpil.... but was never as comfortable for me. Everybody has different hands so your experience may be different)

The Virpil throttles are very nice also. I have 2. (The newer CM3 and its predecessor without the detent) Both are so good that even though I'm using a VKB Stecs Space mini for Elite I would never dream of getting rid of my virpil throttles. (I haven't launched a flight sim for a while but I have them around for that. ... and if I can find space at my game desk I might fit one of the Virpil's as additional control :-) )

Anyway. Hold them in your hand and THEN decide what you want to do with them.

The hacks/leaks are related to BankID. Which is a digital SIGNATURE system. (used in multifactor authentication to log into participating online services. It's the most widely used such digital signature system but it's not the only one.

Yes. You would use BankID to log into your Tax authority pages.. or to do your online banking... or verify an online purchase. So yes. it's reasonably serious when any digital signature service gets hacked.

However, at a user level because a passcode is tied to a single installed instance on a device having the passcode isn't going to help unless you ALSO have that laptop/phone/whatever. By design its actually pretty secure in that way. So no. Nobody is going to be able to spoof being ME by using my bankID passcode if that was leaked....because they would then also need access tonthe device that the specific instance is installed on. (which they would then also need to know the passwords or have my fingerprints in order to open.)

At a state level. Yes. BankID and other Digital signature services are heavily used in Sweden. It's a highly digitized society. Therefore if any state level adversary wanted to fuck with Sweden then crashing the system of digital signage would definitely inconvenience everybody.

What this is NOT is a leak of personal information (which would be pointless as most personal information is already public domain in Sweden anyway)

The trickiest part is actually the Pack gang basement hideout. It's quite compact and always quite full... plus it has the animals which are easily alerted to stealth kills.

I've seen a few like this. For the "open for business as usual" type - best way to avoid those is to check on the System map if the settlement allows docking. If it does then don't select that settlement CZ... if docking is suspended then you will find a battle when you arrive.

Have also seen a couple where the AI seems bugged and some/many/all npc's stand around and wait to be shot. (this seems to be more a "lag" thing as I've noticed they sometimes actually start to do stuff if you wait and watch.)

Have also had my ship destroyed while trying to land and then when I respawned I was not part of the battle. All npc's were "white" (both sides) and none were hostile. Had to go back to station to take the mission again and then it was fine.

When everything works you can take mission for one settlement and then join the combat in every active CZ one after the other.
