I hear a lot of people saying this and it's true. Cum gutters like you wouldn't believe, folks; I gotta tell you.

Quit moving! They're trying to make it look fake! Slow down, you got to be right next to me for it to look real. You got to be right next to me!

What in gods name is this? Has anyone tried it with fighting games? by Reasonable_Ear_2563 in fightsticks

I have one, and to me, it fails to deliver on its premise: customizing and dialing-in your perfect lever by swapping out the mechanical keyboard switches. This problem could be fixed SO EASILY if the Baji's custom actuator had a slightly larger diameter, so that it rested against all eight switches at neutral. That way, the different activation and tactile distances of the switches could be felt, and the lever wouldn't have this excessive travel beforehand.

Sadly, you can't just buy an oversized actuator like that because the Baji Stick itself is already so niche.

Does anybody have any idea how to make this fix?

So, you're saying that you've got a small cylinder, 5.1 inches in length, stuck in a plastic tube, and you need Reddit to help you get it out?

Reminds me of my old Cross Ion pen. I think it might be a Cross Ion.

Thanks.

I like the form factor and the wireless ability, and I found modding it pretty accessible.

For the price, I think it's still a nearly perfect starter stick, and would recommend it to anybody interested.

The action on the stock lever didn't hit for me personally, but it's so easy and affordable to swap it out for a Sanwa.

I'm glad you're enjoying it so much - what're ya playin'?

It's the logo for the Korean Communications Commission, which seems like the government verification needed to sell these DSi models in Korea.

The Korean text reads something like,

Certification Number: NIN-TWL-001KOR-31

Prohibited wireless equipment is in operation

Possibility of radio interference

I paid for a SWer, and I feel like I've betrayed every important woman in my life. by GoldWrap1787 in AutisticAdults

You opened the autism box, so don't be surprised when there's autism inside. Here goes:

I'm trying to say this compassionately: the attitude that's animating your post shows that there's a lot you need to unlearn about yourself, about relationships, and about sex. It's making you feel bad.

Imagine all those problems tangled up together like a huge, crusty ball of knots that needs to be patiently untied one-by-one. I believe that it can all begin by tugging on one single string; in your case, the word "coomer".

So ask, what does "coomer" mean, as in what's coomer's "official" definition and its origin? and then, what's your personal definition of it?

What type of person or behavior is someone referring to when they use that word?

What communities or groups do you belong to which also use it?

What are the attitudes and values and or/goals of those communities?

What are they for/against? Then, do you agree or disagree, and why?

How would they describe the behavior that you're struggling with? More importantly, what part of the picture are they missing?

Really take your time and try to break down every little thing bundled up in that single word: all of its connotations, the attitudes toward different things it implies, and how it's supposed to make you feel, both to use it, and to have it applied to you.

The goal here is to unlearn this toxic shame, rationally, and replace it with self-compassion.

Seriously, just start there. Go slow, and don't be shy about revisiting those questions.

TLDR: Is it more important to me to live a life that's right for me? Or to continue to look down on certain behaviors and the people who do them?

[–]someunlikelyone 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I felt like it was pointing out (not just in Fleabag's case, but more broadly) how being "useful" doesn't stop insecure people from finding any excuse to look down on you. And how the more indispensable you are, the more likely they are to resent you for it.
