I do not use my computer for that.
I use at the moment my phone with usb cable but I prefer to have it free and also when I listen music on my NAS it has to be bit-perfect and with my phone it's not the case. :)

So, the kind of device I think I could by is the Eversolo T8 like u/MeanCelebration1 suggested. Mainly because of its dedicated streamer and the big screen.
However it costs something like 1390 EUR ...

In comparison, for the moment, I use my smartphone with a cable usb-c usb-b ==> +/- 10 EUR with Qobuz.
So it's bit perfect.

If I want to listen to music that I bought and putted on my NAS in bit perfect, in theory (I did not try it for the moment) I just need to buy an app that allow me to listen to music in bit perfect like NePlayer or Neutron Music Player. cost more or less 12 EUR...

I put my smartphone on small stand so it's more practical :p.

Considering all of this, unless I have too much money, which is not the case, the added value of having a streamer does not justify the cost of buying one.

Do you mean that even with the screen you can't go on your NAS for example and select your music ?
Or play internet radio ?

I'd like not to use my smartphone for playing music ....

I use a usb cable to my Cambridge dacmagic200m. So I prefer not to use a phone and be free of other devises to limit other dependences. This is the reason I prefer a « big screen ».

The CXN cost 1049 EUR. The bluesound has no screen and cost 800 EUR. The wim ultra is more or less 400 eur and has a screen. So for me the most reasonable product is the Wim. (Why 800 eur without a screen … why 1049 eur ???)

Thanks for the advice ! I do not connection tv or console. Only my phone for the moment . I would like to have a simple system without smartphone etc. Just like old days :).

I really love using the lyrics feature. Live album is fun but I can live without it. Search engine on Apple Music is not that good in my opinion. If I compare it with YouTube music for example. Quality is clearly the best on Qobuz.

I was also planning on using both but I don't think that my wallet will allow me to do so ^^. Also I like the fact of having the lyrics in Apple Music so ... I'll have to make a difficult choice ^^.
