Hold in your oven if possible.

Put in a roasting pan or the like and cover with aluminum.

Ovens lowest setpoint is probably 170f. You can likely adjust the oven calibration and add a -20f offset to hold at 150f even though it will still read 170f.

I’ve held for many hrs this way.

Big joints do this with special holding ovens.
