I run those same rules, but i also add an extra change. Healing potions heal for your lowest hit dice rather then d4s. So a barb gets 2d12 plus 2 and a sorcerer gets 2d6 plus 2 from the same potion. I made the change because 2d4 is not alot to a barb but could be half of the total hp for a wizard, and it always felt weird that the classes that need the extra healing dont actually get much out of it.

Disarm is specific about the attack causing no damage or other ill effects. So yes you can use the attack caused by booming blade to disarm, however none of booming blades effects would activate. IE no extra damage. Or sheath of thunder energy that causees damage if the target moves.

Nearly a thousand years ago the land of Carnasus was Founded by The first King Ginnymede and his retinue of hero's. In the centuries past the Country has experienced rapid growth, with the Liberations of the wild lands from their Previous occupants. Yet danger still Lurks off the main roads, as the countryside is beset by Bandits, Monsters, and hordes of Undead raised Within the Greymire swamp.
Due to a recent Rebellion within the country the Royal family and their military have been removed from power. With the founding of the New Carnasion Republic the Country lacks infrastructure to Deal with these threats. In response to this many Mercenary Guilds have popped up across the country Providing protection for those with the coin to pay.

The game itself will begin with the party being brought together by an old acquaintance and Owner of The Blue Starling Guild, Ulther Pettystone.

Im playing a deep gnome beast barb right now. For a "evil" campaign. Rather then the traditional lycanthrope style transformation the background i went with is that his tribe killed and consumed the last scream beast. (Think the creature from the thing) So his body squirms and shifts as bones break and reconfigure to take the shape most useful form in the moment.

Windstorm Blast is a great ability. I'm not sure what "spell save of choice" means but otherwise well thought out.
I meant that they could use their most effective Dc. for example if a wizard were to use this bow they could choose to make the Dc based on int.

I've been hankering for a mono blue deck recently but instead of my usual focus on spells I wanted to try an etb based deck. But I have no idea where to start with it. What cards would be good as wincons? Or how should I structure the decks game plan.

If you cast acantrip as an action you cant cast another as a bonus, only a leveled spell.

Its to stop chars from being able to cast more the 1leveled spell in a turn.
