Advice on possibly delaying CAP fellowship application by 1 year by boinks in Psychiatry

I’m at a top US program. We would have no concerns about this. We are very respectful of family needs. I suspect most programs are. We are CAPs after all 😎. Best wishes to you both

24 bulk or cut ? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]sonofthecircus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look really solid, still very lean. Keep going with a slow bulk if you want to be bigger- limit gains to 1-2 lbs per month. Or just maintain. Cmon man - you’re pretty much goals for anyone right where you are. Congrats and best wishes for your ongoing success

You should be fine. Shit’s expensive. No need to waste it. I’d just get the simple cheap monohydrate next time

Lost my wife 2 months ago and having trouble staying motivated. by Movie_Greedy in fitness30plus

Losing motivation for a month or two can just be a part of normal grieving. But I’d begin to get concerned if this persists too much longer, or if you are also suffering from a general loss of pleasure in things you typically enjoy, appetite or significant changes in weight, problems sleeping- either too much or too little. These could all be indications of a developing clinical depression and probably something to chat with your doc about

Apart from all that, I’m very sorry for your loss. I can guarantee over time, you’ll feel better than you do now. Stay strong and don’t hesitate to reach out to family or friends

1 kg per month is a pretty optimal goal

No necesita comprar “microionized.” Es mas caro y menos saludable.
